Nathanael Dorent is a registered architect, designer and consultant. He received a Master of Architecture from the ENSA Paris Malaquais and a Master of Arts in Research Architecture from Goldsmiths College, both with highest honors. Between 2004 and 2009 he directed Kalanke, a development NGO which led him to work in various cultural contexts and engage with social issues. In 2010, he was awarded the Andre Arfvidson architecture prize from the Academie des Beaux Arts for « Transitory Cities », a proposal for a modular and flexible city responding to mass migration and climate change. His work has been presented in different galleries and published in many architectural magazines. He was awarded several international prizes (Prix Andre Arfvidson 2010, Interior Design awards 2013, Surface awards 2017, RICS 2017, ADC awards 2017, Archinovo 2017, etc.). He has lectured and led workshops in several design schools and universities and is currently teaching at the ENSA Paris-Malaquais and Strate Ecole de Design.
