Founder, ONE SOUL

Yu Shan, a native of Chongqing and founder of ONE SOUL, focuses his practice on regions abundant in natural and cultural heritage, especially in Southwest and Northwest China. Since establishing the studio, he and his team have created a series of poetic retreats—including Everest Point, Ru Yun Hotel, Pure Life Hotel, and The Homestay in the Grass and Wood Fields. Each project conveys a unique narrative of place, shaping immersive travel experiences through a distinctive, contextually grounded design language.
