Architectural bureau Drozdov&Partners was founded in 1997. For twenty years, more than three hundred projects have been created, many of which have been implemented. Some of them, regardless of scale, have become of particular importance in our practice.

Among such important projects are: sushi bar Yaske, Platinum Plaza office center, Ave Plaza shopping center, Heirloom multi-apartment buildings and Carat in Kharkiv, as well as a number of private homes in different cities of Ukraine. Many new and important meanings that we have accumulated over the years of practice have concentrated in the most recent privately-run private houses (Ark, House with a Peristyle, Baked by the heat and Markhouse). These projects tell a new way of life, new relationships within the family, perceptions of the landscape and materials.

Recently, more and more projects with a public function appeared in our portfolio, including in Ukraine – that’s what we have long been thinking about. The largest number of projects was created for Kharkiv, Kiev and Odessa. However, in recent years the geography of design has substantially expanded, and projects have appeared in Switzerland, France, Spain, Russia and Austria. Among the significant events of recent years should be noted the victory at the international competition in South Korea, the design of a cultural cluster in Lviv, as well as the construction of the Teatr na Podoli in Kiev. In addition to architectural activities Drozdov & Partners team initiates and participates in various public and educational projects, in particular, at the Kharkiv School of Architecture.
