The site is located in a quiet residencial area where houses and low-rise apartments stand side by side.
After marketing survey, the apartment complex was designed to include 3 duplexes and three flat with parking spaces for each unit.
The structure is RC rigid-box frame structure. Some spaces like the box-shaped shaft have various proportion are gotten together in this building. So the building contains the varied types. The end size of the shafts are conformed to 340mm in length and width to make the frames look as much like pure shafts.
The ceilings of the dwelling unit are exposed concrete finishing except for the wet areas such as the undressing room and bathroom which need some ducts in the ceilling.
The roof is added exterior thermal insulation so that the roof does not have thermal storage by direct sunlight in summer. The walls except for the external are concrete finishing for reasons of long term maintenance.
