ADEPT is based in Copenhagen and works within the fields of architecture and urbanism. ADEPT was founded in 2006 by partners Martin Laursen, Martin Krogh and Anders Lonka.

ADEPT has a specific focus on the human scale in our cities and buildings to create a close relationship between architecture and urbanism – between the built and non-built environment.

The Braunstein Taphouse

ADEPT
A new taphouse, at the harbour of Danish city Koege, will welcome the more than 15.000 yearly visitors to the nearby micro-brewery Braunstein and offer activities for the local community. Copenhagen-based ADEPT is behind the building that is designed for disassembly to meet a potential temporary lease of land.

Dalarna Media Library, in Sweden

ADEPT
The new library at Dalarna University, Dalarna Media Library, is now officially open to the public. The building that reinterprets the library in a multi functional design is laid out as an approximately 3.000 m2 ’spiral of knowledge’ that naturally integrates into the surrounding landscape at the Dalarna University Campus in Falun, Sweden.
