Work & Co is an innovative, flexible and beautiful co-working space in Bree Street, Cape Town.

Julien started a recruitment company with a partner in 2001 and grew it from a staff of two people in 2001 to 160 in 2014 with satellite offices in eight French cities and €58m in turnover. After selling his business in France, Julien and his family moved to Cape Town in 2014.

Apart from the numbers, Julien is driven by motivated and effective people and thrives on connections, networks and relationships.

Work & Co was founded with the intention of providing a physical platform to entrepreneurs and like-minded thinkers where brand expression and member engagement can be promoted through quality on-site services, integrated tech, an inclusive working culture and personalised client interaction.
