Gregorio Pecorelli (Assisi, 1989) completed his architecture studies at the Politecnico di Milano in 2014, where he also attended the multidisciplinary Alta Scuola Politecnica honors program. That same year, he earned a Master’s
in Design, Architecture, and Archaeology from the Accademia Adrianea Architettura Archeologia in Rome. In 2017, Gregorio obtained a Post-Master’s degree from the Berlage Center for Advanced Studies in Architecture and Urban
Design in Delft. Among his early accolades, he received the Premio Federico Maggia award for architects under 30 in 2015 and, in 2019, won the AAA Architetticercasi competition for his redesign of the new Milano Rogoredo masterplan. Professionally, Gregorio worked as a research architect at Powerhouse Company in Rotterdam (2017–2018), focusing on complex, multi-scale projects. He later collaborated with Vincent Van Duysen Architects in Antwerp for over two years before establishing his own practice in 2021. Gregorio Pecorelli Studio is located in Casa Sissa, a building designed by Gio Ponti, at Corso Italia 9 in Milan.
