Autor: Daniele Petteno Architecture Workshop – DPAW

DPAW is an award winning team of architects and interior designers that works on a variety of residential, cultural and commercial projects in UK and Europe.

Based in London and in Venice (Italy), our practice specialises in the design of contextualised and fully bespoke luxury homes and interiors, residential developments, cultural/community centres and facilities, and commercial/mixed-use settlements.

We built our reputation on a range of successful projects, developing our experience year after year and learning from project to project. Our multidisciplinary and multicultural backgrounds allow us to work with different countries and environments, for very diversified needs and requirements, and regularly collaborating with a network of locally based experienced consultants.

Our architecture is contemporary, highly energy efficient and environmentally friendly. Each of our designs is tailored to our clients needs and we put the maximum attention to any detail to make it superlative.

We work for private clients, property investors and developers looking for unique, creative and sustainable design solution.

Philosophy
We believe that a good architecture is based on the quality and the communication of its spaces, which are flexibly proportioned and optimized for their uses, developed for their different potentialities and vocations, integrated and contextualized with their surroundings.

Any living space deserves for us a design unique and flexible enough to accommodate our changing needs, habits and lifestyles, a design that would be friendly with the environment and developed with a quality that could make it timeless.

We work taking a collaborative approach to projects right from the start and work closely with our clients, consultants and contractors throughout, in order to ensure the best results.
This is our way to ensure concepts, function and beauty are harmonised to produce an elegant, intelligent and sustainable design.

Services
DPAW provides complete architectural and interior design services including preliminary property design consultancies for new acquisitions, concept design and feasibility studies with high quality visuals and physical models, to detailed and technical designs for competitive tenders, construction, and building site supervisions. We provide planning consultancies, prepare all the applications for successful statutory approvals and follow up our projects to their completion to obtain the best results.
