**Location**

The Japanese Garden in Galitsky Park is the largest decorative garden outside of Japan, a remarkable fusion of traditional Japanese landscape art and architecture. The favorable climate and well-developed infrastructure of the Krasnodar Territory allowed for the realization of this grand project, creating a unique landmark in the country. The garden's design is based on abstract art principles, blending traditional laws of harmony with Western influences, symbolizing the perfect balance of earthly nature. Key elements of the composition include artificial mountains and hills, islands, lakes, bridges, pathways, and areas of sand or gravel, all adorned with uniquely shaped stones.

The Ryotei restaurant is located next to the park’s largest body of water, Oike Lake, which is flanked on both sides by a traditional red Japanese bridge. The lake is home to decorative koi fish, which have become a symbol of the project. This natural theme is reflected in the restaurant's engravings and art installations, featuring original works by Ohara Koson, Kono Bairei, and their followers, specially sourced for the project.

**Interior Design Concept**

Ryotei restaurant offers an atmospheric space that preserves the authentic elements of Japanese food culture and aesthetics. Natural materials such as light wood, rough stone, and textured wool are contrasted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, accented by carefully placed lighting, bonsai trees, and picturesque views of the surrounding garden. The goal was to avoid the clichés often associated with Japanese cuisine establishments and instead create something both modern and unique for Galitsky Park. The client’s vision called for a contemporary interior in muted colors, offering a premium yet welcoming ambiance with a relaxed feel.

The restaurant's layout consists of three zones: the main dining hall, which features ample seating, a multi-tiered suspended installation, and a striking bar, along with VIP and VVIP pavilions that embrace a darker aesthetic.

The Japanese style is interpreted through a refined combination of materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Key finishes include radial oak veneer and natural chipped stone. The flooring is composed of wide-jointed stone slabs and Japanese-made Kashiwa oak parquet. The large bar island is highlighted by a unique round white marble panel, featuring a bas-relief of carp. The walls are clad in light and dark oak paneling, while the bar area is finished with glossy sangria-colored tiles. These natural materials, with their distinctive textures, create both tactile and visual comfort, contributing to the restaurant's elegant and serene atmosphere.
