The Cafe Krasnodar restaurant is situated in Galitsky Park, adjacent to the FC Krasnodar stadium in the city of Krasnodar. This area has become a home base for us, beginning with the construction of the Children's Football Academy, followed by the interior design of the Krasnodar Arena stadium, which was ranked among the top three stadiums in the world in 2017. The restaurant, located in the park near the stadium, is part of this significant cluster of projects, all within a three-minute walk from one another and all commissioned by the same client, Sergey Galitsky.

The building in the park was specifically designed to house a restaurant, allowing us to address some of the technological aspects in advance. The layout includes two dining rooms, a wine room, a banquet room, and a bar area. Additionally, the roof features an open terrace with a bar, accessed by a spiral staircase located in the center of the hall, which serves as a striking decorative element around which much of the interior composition is organized.

The restaurant’s interior design is modern, featuring a wealth of original decorative elements created specifically for this project. These include a glass hanging screen, relief stone panels, columns clad in metal "ring-nests," and a ceiling adorned with metal "water lilies." The overarching concept was to echo the theme of nature and transform the restaurant into a greenhouse-like space within the park. The goal was to create a high-class interior that could easily belong in any European capital.

The stone panels, with 3D-milled chevron patterns, were crafted according to the architects' designs. The ceiling and walls are finished with tinted beech panels coated in glossy varnish, while the floor is made of walnut planks with brass inlays. A hand-crafted glass screen, suspended on brass rods, and column finishes with metal "ring-nests" contribute to the distinctive aesthetic. The color palette is inspired by nature and a lush garden: gray and black stone form the foundation, while rich green, dusty gray-green, and bright pink hues are used in the furniture. The walnut parquet with brass inlays is reminiscent of a fern leaf.

Nearly all of the furniture was custom-made in St. Petersburg and Krasnodar according to our designs. This includes tables, sofas, waiter stations, and the bar counter. The few ready-made pieces include chairs from Gubi and Porada, as well as Tonet chairs and sofas, and Frag bar stools. The elegant furniture, made of wood and woven straw and reminiscent of classic Viennese chairs, along with comfortable sofas upholstered in Dedar silk velvet, creates an atmosphere of understated luxury with a subtle hint of oriental influence.
