The office is located on Bolshoy Prospekt in the Petrogradskaya Storona district, within a historic building designed by architect Pavel Suzor in 1902-1903. Despite its status as an architectural monument, the premises were in a state of near disrepair when acquired by the owner. Extensive work was required to reinforce the supporting structures and meticulously restore the original stucco decor and woodwork, allowing the authentic atmosphere of early 20th-century St. Petersburg and its refined taste to be preserved.

The project’s vision was to create an interior that reflects the stylistic diversity of the 20th century—eclecticism, art deco, and modernism—through the lens of European appreciation for architectural heritage. The furnishings feature collectible Italian lighting and vintage furniture from the 1940s to 1970s, part of the architects’ personal collection. Antique engravings from the 17th century and paintings from the mid-to-late 20th century also add depth to the space.

The studio's interior harmoniously blends vintage elements with iconic modern design pieces. Some of the furnishings, including lamps, a console, and tables, were designed by the architects themselves, serving as prototypes for their upcoming line of interior products, soon to be released into production.
