A system of simple, open interconnected spaces is organized on several levels in the dense historical context of the old city of Genoa, Italy. The main part of the house, with its expertly restored wooden structure, is the prelude to the terraced spaces that open to the view over the roofs of the city. A new design challenge for Dodi Moss that highlights its ability to interpret the recovery of a historical artifact.

TH house is located on a narrow land in a very dense area of the capital city of Hanoi. The plot of the house with a size of 4x6m has only a front facade facing a narrow 1.2 m wide aisle. The local district is characterized by an informal arrangement of narrow houses on small plots connected by narrow streets.

Penthouse in Prague

The main idea is to blur the boundaries of the apartment and emotionally draw the city into its interior. The space of the apartment is not limited within the physical layout, the city surrounding the building becomes part of it and the added facade glazing only maintains the comfort of the indoor climate, connecting the city into an extended peripheral perception. The original apartment was rebuilt into a penthouse: a house on a house.
