Kensington

A grade II listed building within the Kensington Square Conservation Area, this commercial office was converted into a single family home. A new basement extension was created to house a sauna, wine store and gym, all accessed via a unique all-glass cantilevered staircase. The house itself is a tasteful blend between period features & new interventions.

The office complex is built on the area of the former Prague Joint-Stock Engineering Works, formerly Ruston Company, known under the popular name Rustonka. The triangular plot is close to the Invalidovna residential area, metro station and the Olympik Hotel, near the center of Prague, close to the right bank of the Vltava River.

HofmanDujardin and Schipper Bosch transform factory hall into dynamic office

A former nylon factory is completely transformed into a unique office. A new framework of steel platforms is hung from the existing concrete structure. Vision and design complement each other in this co-creation of HofmanDujardin and Schipper Bosch, situated on the cleantech campus Industriepark Kleefse Waard in Arnhem, Netherlands. The plan builds upon existing qualities and combines extra floor space with a clear routing, transforming KB building into a dynamic office space.
