Villa Ca’Pueta
The project was born from the request of a private customer for the renovation of an existing house built in ‘80s .
A project already existed, which satisfied customer’s functional needs, but not the architectural ones. My job was to find the architectural solution:
– Pure volumes
Geometry, horizontal lines, pure shapes perfectly contrast with the strong presence of nature;
– Light
Natural zenithal and direct light, every environment is invaded by following the function;
– Space
Connection between internal – external and visual – physical connection guided the search for openings and horizontal lines
– Materials
Primitive elements: concrete / white plaster / natural stone
– Details-Quality
Very high quality of materials, energy efficiency, innovative technical solutions, remain silent in a minimal design.
