He has taught and lectured at leading academic and professional institutions around the world.
Member of l’Ordre des Architectes de Paris, Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects (SIA) in Zürich and the Catalan Professional Architectural Association (COAC) in Barcelona.
His practice, mateoarquitectura, is globally active and it aims to connect intelligence and artistic ambition with pragmatism and objectivity. It has been recently chosen as one of 100 world’s best architecture firms of 2019 by DOMUS Magazine.
His practice has won many prices and awards; his body of work has been worldwide published and exhibited.
