This family house is located in a suburban area of Póvoa de Varzim. It is inserted in a new masterplan characterized by a regular grid that suggests a central occupation of the plot surrounded by fragmented gardens and paved areas.

Hafye House

Located in a terraced residential district, the lot for this project was half flat and half sloping. Nearby is Odawara Castle, built in the 15th century. The property looks down on the neighborhood that grew up around the castle, and beyond that Sagami Bay and Enoshima island in the distance.

Fence House

In Borówiec near Poznań, once again a house designed by mode:lina™  studio was built. Form of this house: two blocks with a sloping roof and an asymmetric garage cube, is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional style. It is complemented with simple, raw materials: bricks, concrete and sheet in shades of gray.

House with 30,000 Books is a residence for two families, which has a large library between those two dwelling parts. As the name indicates, the number of books the library can store is about 30,000, which almost equals to the number of books that one small public library can store.

Krostoszowice is a village in a southern part of Silesia (region in Poland). The Investor owns large parcel with a significant slope in the east. The building should to stand on the highest point of the parcel, close to the road, in the north- west corner.

Casa Forest

The southward-sloping plot not far from basel is framed to the east and south by a beautiful deciduous forest. Breathtaking views into the dense, deep- green foliage in the summer and the leafless and airy branch structure in the winter were a decisive factor in calibrating the daylight and arranging the spaces in this home in interplay with the natural surroundings, becoming the leitmotif for the architecture.

Martello Tower Home

Situated on the highest point of a ridge overlooking Sydney’s Middle Harbour is a solid, 3 storey brick house built during the between the late 1950s and early 1960s, which has been complemented by contemporary additions bearing all the signature hallmarks of Luigi Rosselli Architecture: the sandstone base, the whitewashed walls, and the aerofoil vertical louvres placed next to “log-cabin” exterior wall cladding.
